Dormition of the Theotokos

This week we commemorate the Dormition of the Theotokos.  We have several resources to share this week related to this feast.  The first is a video from the Archdiocese which focuses on the commemoration of the death of the Virgin Mary and explains the special liturgical season surrounding the event as well as the different elements in the Orthodox commemoration of it, as it closes the Church year.
