The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Atlanta (which has jurisdiction over all Parishes and faithful in the 8 Southeastern States) is pursuing a methodical and comprehensive strategic planning process. Under the visionary leadership of His Eminence, Metropolitan Alexios, a dedicated group of over 60 faithful from throughout the Southeast have been working diligently since Spring 2014 to develop and determine a Statement of Why, Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats, Core Values, Mission, Vision, Strategic Areas of Focus (Task Forces) and Strategic SMART Goals.
